Rippling
Swag + Store
DESIGN, PRODUCT DESIGN & MANAGEMENT
A key priority in establishing the Rippling swag store was to eliminate waste and subpar merchandise. Gone are the days of disposable t-shirts for events or conferences, low-quality notebooks, and pens that end up discarded. We aimed to curate a selection of premium items that would excite and instill pride in employees, all while ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free shopping experience.
The swag store is open to all employees and the Employee Experience and Channel teams. As part of our commitment to personalized engagement, new hires receive a $100 credit to the store instead of a generic pre-made package. This way, they can choose items that genuinely resonate with their preferences and style.
